We do not offer cash on delivery. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

Once you’ve placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. At the time of dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation from our end along with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.  

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 12% GST.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed will reach you in a span of 10-15 days.
International orders take upto 21 days. We will keep you notified in case of a logistical delay.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do not consider a colour/texture and weave irregularity a defect. It is considered natural when handloom fabrics are used.

We do not accept returns, however we offer exchange in size. Please make sure the product is unwashed and unworn.

In case of a damaged article, we will be happy to initiate a refund- which after a quality check will take 7-10 days from our end to reflect in your bank account.

Should an exchange be the case- please email us at info@begumpret.com, stating your order number and we will get back to you within 5 working days. 

We do not exchange anti fit products and dupattas. 

Custom made pieces are not eligible for exchange. 
International orders are not eligible for exchange.

The items to be returned should be shipped to the following address, and an enclosed note with your name and return address.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Begum holds the right to not accept a return if a piece shows signs of wear/use/damage.
