2)Keeping track of orders and communicating to customers their respective order status

Social Media Manager
Responsibilities
1)Develop social media strategy.
2)Create original content for all social media channels consistent with the tone of the brand and marketing strategy.
3)Create and manage new campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager
4)Track website and ad campaign performances and take appropriate actions for improvements
5)Create templates for email marketing newsletters
6)Assist in Instagram posts and manage boosts and engagements
7)Provide data analysis and metric reporting for ad performance
